If you feel that particular information has not been provided, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will rectify or will provide the information required without delay. The star classification is based on guest comments and should be considered just as a guideline of the standards provided in the hotel. The hotel will not be responsible for any variation in star classification which may change from time to time without further notice

Reservations

Payment Policy

This hotel accepts only guaranteed reservations. You are required to enter a valid credit/Debit card number to guarantee your reservation valin until the date of departure from the hotel.(we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners and Switch/Maestro only);

  • Hotel will take pre-authorization equal to first night stay with tax to validate your credit card.
  • Hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation if incorrect card details are provided
  • No shows and cancellations within 24 hours period will be charged equal to one day stay with applicable taxes
  • Bookings received from same source for more than 3 rooms will be classified as a Group (different terms and conditions apply). Contact the hotel directly for complete information.

Corporate Guests and Third Party Payments

In case the company or a third party is paying for the guest accommodation and/or extras, the company or the third party should provide this information in writing to the hotel along with the front and back copy of the company credit card authorizing the hotel (Park Avenue Baker Street) to charge for the said amount, or contact the hotel to receive an authorization form to be filled, signed and return back to the hotel. Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to date of arrival ( Before 14:00 hrs GMT ) without penalty. Reservations cancelled on or within 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges. Please note that Special offers, Discounted Rates and Packages have different cancellation policy. Please check at time of booking.

Cancellation and or Amendments to the existing bookings are permitted only 24 hours prior to arrival (2:00pm Local time one day before arrival date) without penalty.

Reservations cancelled on or within 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges for each room reserved. This will be debited from the Debit/ Credit Card used to guarantee the booking.

Early Departure Policy

Is applicable on more than one night bookings. Guest(s) Checking out prior to the departure date will incur one night's charges. To avoid charges you are advised to inform the front desk before 2:00pm a day prior to your new departure date.

With some limited exceptions, you have rights to access and update personal information held about you. If you want to inquire about any personal information we may have about you, you can do so by sending us a written request by email to the addresses set out in Section 12 below. Please be sure to include your full name, address and telephone number and a copy of a document evidencing your identity (such as an ID card or passport) so we can ascertain your identity and whether we have any personal information regarding you, or in case we need to contact you to obtain any additional information we may require to make that determination.

We reserve the right to charge you a fee, if permitted under applicable law, which is usually around GBP £10 for processing any such request. Where you make more than one request in quick succession, we may respond to your subsequent request by referring to our earlier response and only identifying any items that have changed materially.

You may request that we correct, cancel, and/or stop processing or using personal information that we hold about you. If we agree that the personal information is incorrect, or that the processing should be stopped, we will delete or correct the personal information. If we do not agree that the personal information is incorrect we will tell you that we do not agree, explain our refusal to you and record the fact that you consider that personal information to be incorrect in the relevant file(s).

11. Changes to this Policy

Just as our business changes constantly, this Policy may also change. To assist you, this Policy has an effective date set out at the end of this document.

12. Request for Access to Personal Information/Questions or Complaints

If you have any questions about this Policy, about the processing of your data described, or any concerns or complaints with regard to the administration of the Policy, or if you would like to submit a request (in the manner described in Section 10 above) for access to or deletion of the personal information that we maintain about you, please contact us by phone or email. While this Policy alone does not create contractual rights, Park Avenue Baker Street has ensured compliance with its legal obligations in England in relation to personal information by creating a set of binding standards and policies. As a result, depending on your circumstances and location, you may be able to enforce your privacy rights using those standards or policies through that regulator or a court. If you would like to know more about these standards and policies, please contact Park Avenue Baker Street All requests for access to your personal information must be submitted in writing by email from the email address we hold on file although we may in addition request proof of identification. We may respond to your request by letter, email, telephone or any other suitable method.

Effective Date:

In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version of this Policy and any version of this Policy in any other language, the English version shall prevail.1st January’2018.
